Guide to Wills

A Will determines what happens to your money, estate and possessions following your death. If you create a Will you can also help to make sure you don't pay more Inheritance Tax than you need to.
​
If you own a property, have children, are in a business relationship, unmarried but have a partner or in fact if you have any assets- you must have a Will !!

Your Will should contain;
​
Who you want to benefit from your estate when you die. These people are called beneficiaries
​
Who you would want to look after your children that are under the age of 18. These people are called Guardians
​
Who you would want to manage your affairs when you die. These people are called Executors
​
What would happen should your beneficiaries die before you
